骨髓衰竭患者骨髓间充质干细胞白介素-6的表达及其意义

Abstract
目的:了解再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)、骨髓增生异常综合征(marrow mesenchymal stem cells,MDS)患者骨髓间充质干细胞(marrow mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的表达,并分析其意义.方法:用半定量RT-PCR方法检测AA和MDS患者MSCs IL-6 mRNA的表达水平.结果:AA患者MSCs IL-6的表达明显低于MDS组和正常对照组,P<0.05;MDS患者和正常对照组之间IL-6的表达无明显差异,P>0.05.结论:AA患者MsCs IL-6的表达存在明显异常,这可能与AA的发病有一定的关系.
