Abstract
目的 通过肺组织病理学观察及渗出液成分检测,探讨硫化氢(H2S)对实验性高原肺水肿大鼠呼吸膜通透性的影响.方法 健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为四组:常氧对照组、低氧对照组、试剂(PPG)常氧组、试剂(PPG)低氧组.用面罩低氧方式构建大鼠实验性高原肺水肿模型.用腹腔注射PPG抑制内源性H2S的产生.用ELISA法检测肺组织中EB含量和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中TP含量,光镜下观察肺组织的病理学改变.结果 PPG常氧组中BALF的TP含量明显高于常氧对照组(P<0.05),PPG低氧组肺组织EB含量和BALF中TP含量明显高于低氧对照组和PPG常氧组(P<0.05);镜下观察到PPG低氧组肺组织病理损伤最为严重,PPG常氧组较常氧对照组严重.结论 降低内源性H2S可增加实验性高原肺水肿大鼠肺呼吸膜通透性,导致蛋白质渗出增多;体内H2S的减少会加重低氧对肺呼吸膜的损伤.
