Abstract
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, LncRNA)是一类长度超过200 bp但不翻译成蛋白质的功能性RNA分子.lncRNA功能复杂,可通过多种机制可在表观遗传水平、 转录水平和转录后水平调控基因的表达,广泛参与机体的生理和病理过程.目前,在生物体中已发现超过11万lncRNA基因,但lncRNA分子结构、作用的机制以及生物学功能尚未完全阐明.本文就lncRNA研究进展进行综述.
