Abstract
SIRT7是Sirtuins蛋白家族中成员之一,位于细胞核仁的蛋白.SIRT7主要参与细胞的rRNA转录、蛋白质合成、染色体重建、细胞生存、脂质代谢等重要生理过程.目前研究发现SIRT7在多种肿瘤组织中表达增多,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关.但SIRT7在肿瘤发生、发展过程中的作用机制及其与肿瘤的临床关系尚未明确.
