Abstract
胃癌是一种最常见的严重威胁人类健康的消化系统恶性肿瘤,其对化疗药物的耐药性是临床治疗失败的关键因素.微小RNA(miRNA)是一种内源性单链非编码RNA,通过与靶基因的信使RNA结合调控基因的转录后表达,广泛参与胃癌的多药耐药进程.因此,探究miRNA参与的胃癌耐药机制并实现其有效逆转对胃癌的治疗具有重要意义.本文从miRNA的概述、作用机制及常见抗肿瘤药物监测等方面进行综述.
