Abstract
目的 探讨腰疝的发病因素、诊断方法及超普疝装置(UHS)在腰疝修补中应用的可行性.方法 回顾分析2例腰疝病人的临床资料并复习相关文献,总结腰疝的临床特点、诊断和鉴别诊断及治疗方法.结果 2例病人均因腰部触及包块入院,1例病人疝囊自左侧上腰三角突出,1例自右侧上腰三角突出.2例病人均行腰疝UHS无张力修补术,术后恢复顺利,随访均无复发.结论 腰疝多发生于上腰三角,疝内容物多为脂肪组织.腰背部包块为其典型体征,CT和超声检查分别对于腰疝诊断、术前定位具有明显优势,UHS无张力修补术是一种可靠腰疝治疗方法.
