扁桃体炎是学龄前及学龄期儿童常见疾病,也是引起小儿长期低热的病因之一.临床上往往应用多种药物治疗无效,使低热迁延不愈,2002年1月～2003年10月,我们应用阿奇霉素先静注,后口服治疗小儿长期低热性慢性扁桃体炎43例,疗效满意,报告如下.
