2001年11月～2002年1月,笔者通过弯分离钳钝性分离Calot三角,使胆管及胆囊壶腹后方完全游离,在电视图象上,胆管及胆囊壶腹解剖结构形似"象头"与"象鼻",我们称之"象鼻征",直至"象鼻征"显现后,再切断胆管,无1例胆管损伤(DBI)发生,报告如下.
