Abstract
目的评价超声引导下细针穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的疗效.方法自1998～1999年在超声引导下采用细针穿刺抽尽囊液并注入无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿28例.结果28例随访时间为3个月～2年,有效率为100%,囊肿消失占82%.结论超声引导下细针穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿是一项有价值的介入性治疗,安全有效、简便易行、并发症少.
