Abstract
目的:探讨分层次一对一带教模式在基础护理教学中的应用效果.方法:选取和培训优秀高年级护生为小老师,对低年级护生进行一对一带教.结果:实验组护生护理技能水平比对照组显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:增强小老师分层次一对一带教基础护理技能训练对提高护生操作水平和综合素质具有重要意义.
