Abstract
去势抵抗性前列腺癌是前列腺癌诊治中的最后阶段,目前没有治愈的方法.本文汇总报道国内外药监部门批准上市的醋酸阿比特龙、恩杂鲁胺、阿帕鲁胺、多西他赛、卡巴他赛、Sipuleucel-T、镭-223等7种药物.三期临床研究显示:适当应用这些药物治疗转移性去势抵抗前列腺癌或转移性激素敏感前列腺癌,可提高患者的总生存期;治疗无转移去势抵抗前列腺癌,可提高患者的无转移生存期.
