Abstract
急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS),是由于脑部血液循环障碍所引起的局部脑组织缺血、缺氧性坏死或软化[1],具有较高的发病率、复发率、致残率、致死率、经济负担的“五高”特点[2].有研究表明,尽早实施静脉溶栓可有效降低AIS患者的致残率,改善预后,而时间窗是决定AIS患者溶栓效果的重要因素,这就给院内静脉溶栓急救流程提出较高要求[3].
