人白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)是由多种细胞产生的促炎细胞因子.抗IL-6治疗能中和IL-6,在肿瘤早期抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,因此IL-6抑制剂在肿瘤防治中的应用性成为研究的热点之一.各种IL-6抑制剂包括抗IL-6单抗Siltuximab和抗IL-6受体单抗Tocilizumab等.目前,IL-6抑制剂临床应用的长期效果及前景尚有待进一步探讨,因此本文对IL-6抑制剂治疗某些系统肿瘤的临床应用性的研究进展加以综述.
