人白细胞介素-6(Interleukin6,IL-6)是一种南多种细胞产生的,具有多种效应的细胞因子.抗IL-6治疗能中和体内IL-6的产生,缓解炎症和贫血,减少急性期蛋白及抗血管生成作用.目前IL-6抑制剂分为抗IL-6单抗(如Siltuximab)和抗IL-6受体单抗(如Tocilizumab)两类.已证明IL-6抑制剂对Castleman病和炎症性疾病(如类风湿性关节炎)有治疗效果且无明显毒副作用.本文主要对IL-6抑制剂的研究进展及其对Castleman病和炎症性疾病治疗的相关效果进行综述.
