Abstract
海蓝组织细胞增生症(sea blue histiocytosis,SBH)是一种脂质代谢障碍性疾病,是分化良好的组织细胞增生.1954年,Sawitsky等首先描述本病,其特点是肝脾肿大,血小板减少伴轻度紫癜,骨髓涂片中出现大量海蓝组织细胞[1].SBH临床少见,现将我院收治的1例病例报道如下.
