Abstract
高能量所致上肢严重软组织缺损在临床上比较常见,但治疗十分棘手,不少患者被迫截肢。应用背阔肌皮瓣修复上肢严重软组织缺损,提高严重上肢损伤的临床治疗成功率,有效减少伤残。我院2004年3月至2012年11月采用背阔肌皮瓣治疗上肢严重软组织缺损21例,疗效满意,报道如下。1资料与方法11.1一般资料本组21例,男16例,女5例;年龄11~57岁,平均27.8岁。受伤原因:机器绞轧伤11例,车祸碾压
