Abstract
自身免疫性疾病(AID)致病机制复杂,临床常规药物治疗以糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂及细胞毒性药物为主.在AID发生发展和治疗过程中,P-糖蛋白(P-gp)和药物在免疫细胞内的相互作用,造成原发性耐药和继发性耐药,给AID的治疗带来了巨大挑战.本文综述P-gp的生物学特性,耐药机制及其与AID多药耐药的相互关系,以了解最新研究进展,为该类疾病的药物治疗提供新思路.
