Abstract
935例耳鸣患者按时间分组,均采用静脉给予扩张血管、神经营养等药物,辅以心理疗法治疗.结果,耳鸣早期治疗组疗效好(治愈率82%),病程长与程度重的耳鸣治疗效果差.认为耳鸣应视为急症,早期静脉给药治疗,同时重视心理治疗.
