Abstract
目的探讨影响胎儿脐血NK细胞活性的因素.方法采用台盼蓝染色法检测NK细胞活性,脐血MNC用Ficoll分离液离心获得.[ HTH 结果经液氮(-196℃)冻存后脐血NK活性比冻存前显著提高.结论提示超低温能解除抑制脐血NK细胞活性的因素.
