本组7例(9眼),来自我院1992年3月～2000年4月的鼻咽癌患者接受放疗后出现明显视力下降,经眼部检查、鼻咽部颅底 CT 检查排除无肿瘤复发及转移,证实为放射治疗所致的视神经视网膜损伤者,为引起重视,现将结果报道如下.
