Abstract
深Ⅱ～Ⅲ度烧伤后期多遗留疤痕挛缩畸形,尤其在关节屈侧,条索状疤痕挛缩持续一段时间后,挛缩部两侧皮肤渐伸长而成为蹼状.据蹼形宽度的不同,我们采用Z成形及Z与Y-V推进相结合的整复方法,使疤痕松解更彻底,有助于功能重建和外形恢复.本文收治84例,均取得满意效果,现报道如下.
