Abstract
目的分析了解社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床表现及治疗效果.方法对308例CAP的症状、体征、X线表现及疗效进行回顾性分析.结果 308例CAP仅40例获得病原体,采用大环类酯类联合喹诺酮类治疗,97%在7～10d内痊愈.结论 CAP临床常见,治疗以经验治疗为主,以大环内酯类抗生素为主的联合疗法疗效高.
