Abstract
肠易激综合征( Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)是一种慢性肠功能紊乱性疾病,临床特点为腹痛或腹部不适,伴有排便习惯和(或)大便性状异常,持续存在或间歇发作. 流行病学调查显示[ 1] , IBS 发病率为15%~22%,每年约有500万人因此病而就诊,年消耗医疗费80亿美元. 迄今为止,IBS的病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚,在治疗方面,主要采用对症治疗,见效迅速,但易反复,远期效果不理想. 而中医在该方面发挥了很大优势,副作用小,远期效果好.
