Abstract
肱骨髁上骨折是儿童第二大常见类型骨折,根据骨折分型采取不同的治疗方法;若治疗方法选择不当会产生严重的并发症[1-3].目前随着技术的发展及微创的理念,儿童GartlandⅢ型骨折闭合复位经皮克氏针固定加石膏治疗成为趋势[4].现回顾性分析本院自2013年7月至2016年7月采用两种不同方式治疗儿童GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效,旨在探讨其术后疗效.
