Abstract
细胞焦亡是由半胱天冬酶-1引起的一种新型炎性细胞死亡方式,并可促进IL-1β等大量炎症因子的释放,参与内在炎症免疫反应.近年来研究表明,细胞焦亡可能与缺氧缺血性脑损伤相关,例如,参与细胞焦亡的炎性小体NLRP1、NLRP3及AIM2在缺氧缺血性脑损伤鼠神经元中高表达等.通过对细胞焦亡作用机制及相关疾病的深入研究,为临床疾病的防治提供新思路.
