Abstract
患者女,41岁,已婚,发现会阴部肿块2年.超声检查发现子宫颈肌瘤1个月余.妇科检查阴道畅,于后壁触及一肿块,大小约7.5 cm×7 cm,活动度差,有压痛,肿块下极达阴道外口,无下坠感等不适症状.术中见肿物自阴道外口达阴道穹窿处,与直肠紧贴,但未侵及肠壁.其他部位未发现异常.肿物切除后送病理检查.临床诊断考虑子宫颈肌瘤.
