Abstract
目的 探讨可以在较短时间内获得大量较高纯度兔施万细胞的途径.方法 取新西兰大白兔Wallerian变性的坐骨神经,用组织块反复种植培养法培养施万细胞,联合使用机械剥离、双30min差速贴壁法、抗有丝分裂的抗癌药物阿糖胞苷分离纯化施万细胞.结果 本实验方法获得的施万细胞的纯度达到90.5％.结论 本实验方法可以在较短时间内获得大量纯度较高的施万细胞.
