Abstract
网织血小板比率(immature platelet fraction,IPF)的测定,以往均采用流式细胞仪法,但其所用仪器和试剂均较昂贵,且耗时较长,也需要专业人员,因此未能作为常规项目开展.目前,软件升级后的XE-2100血液分析仪可进行IPF的检测,我们采用这种方法对我院异基因骨髓干细胞移植(allogenic bone marrow stem cells,Allo-BMS)后患者IPF的情况进行了监测,现报告如下.
