Abstract
趋化因子(chemokines)是趋化性细胞因子(chemotactic cytokines)的简称,通过与特定细胞上相对应的趋化因子受体结合,可刺激白细胞和肿瘤细胞产生定向迁移趋化因子.CCL28是趋化因子家族的成员之一,是黏膜免疫过程中的重要成员,受到研究人员的重视.随着研究的深入,越来越多的研究围绕CCL28在肿瘤中的作用机制进行探索,本文主要针对CCL28近年的主要进展作出概括.
