Abstract
脑卒中(stroke)是指由于急性脑循环障碍所致的局限性或全面性脑功能缺损综合征,或称急性脑血管病事件.脑卒中可分为缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中.现已证实,脑卒中的发生与年龄、高血压、冠心病、吸烟、糖尿病、高脂血症等多种危险因素有关.另外发现,脑卒中的发生和发展还与遗传、环境等其他因素有关.
