IL-6、STAT3及P-STAT3在口腔黏膜下纤维性变各期中的表达研究

Abstract
目的 研究口腔黏膜下纤维性变(OSF)白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及蛋白STAT3与P-STAT3的表达.方法 通过免疫组织化学、RT-PCR、蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot)检测OSF临床组织标本中IL-6、STAT3、P-STAT3的mRNA及蛋白表达.结果 IL-6及P-STAT3在OSF早、中、晚期的表达量较对照组显著升高(P＜0.05),STAT3在OSF各期组织中的表达量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 IL-6和P-STAT3在OSF早、中、晚期中的mRNA及蛋白表达较正常口腔黏膜组织有显著升高,STAT3无明显升高.
