Abstract
客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)由英国Dundee大学Harden等[1]于1975年率先提出并付诸实践,其基本思想是"以操作为基础的测验".OSCE又称为多站式临床考试,它由一系列模拟临床情景的考站组成,受试者在规定时间内依次通过各个考站,对站内的标准化患者(standardized patients,SP)进行检查和/或接受站内考官的提问,提出诊断结果和处理方法,并获得测试成绩[2].
