Abstract
目的 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种高发病率、高死亡率的疾病.支气管扩张症和慢性阻塞性肺疾病可以同时存在于同一患者,即支气管扩张症-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征(Bronchiectasis-Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Dis-ease overlap syndrome,BCOS).该综合征是目前国内外被忽略的一个研究领域,其流行病学特征、发病机制、危险因素及治疗等尚不清楚,亟待进一步研究和讨论.本文就支气管扩张症-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征目前的研究进展作一述评.
