Abstract
咳嗽变异性哮喘 (cough variant asthma , CVA)以持续性、刺激性咳嗽为主要临床症状 ,常常发生在夜间及凌晨 ,是一种由多种炎症介质介导的气道高反应性特殊类型的哮喘 ,严重的可以发展成支气管哮喘[1 ] .本研究联合应用孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗CVA ,观察炎症因子水平及小气道功能变化 ,评价临床疗效.
