"新生儿溶血病(hemolytic disease of the new-born ,HDN )"这一病名特指因胎儿从父亲方面获得的一些母亲体内没有的红细胞抗原 ,导致母婴血型不合引起的一种胎儿或新生儿溶血的免疫性溶血性疾病[1 ] ,可引起胎儿或新生儿水肿、黄疸、贫血、肝脾肿大、胆红素脑病甚至死亡等严重后果.
