有关上消化道异物的内镜诊治报道较多,我们在1年内用胃镜成功巧取3例复杂上消化道巨形异物,现报道如下.
1病例资料
采用日产Pentax-2930型电子镜及常规配件.患者均在术前肌注镇静剂、肌松剂、止血剂并建立静脉输液通道以备术中追加使用各种药物.全部病例采用局部喷雾麻醉.
