Abstract
肝、肺及脑等脏器是直肠癌常见的转移部位,而下肢孤立性皮下转移甚为少见,淋巴和血液是皮下转移的主要途径.出现肿瘤皮下转移的患者一般预后较差,延缓肿瘤进展和改善生活质量是主要的治疗目标.吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的 1 例直肠癌患者术后 2年出现大腿皮下转移,现报道如下.
