1 临床资料
患者女性,48岁,因排便习惯改变5个月于2017年5月3日入院.主要表现为排便次数增多,便不成形,便中带血.患者8年前曾于当地医院行右侧乳腺癌根治术,病理示:浸润性小叶癌,术后未行系统辅助治疗;直肠指诊:直肠黏膜粗糙,退指后指套可见血染.全腹部CT示:盲肠、直肠肠管局部增厚,管腔变窄.肠镜示:回盲部及直肠黏膜广泛充血水肿(见图1).
