Abstract
鼻腔鼻窦腺癌约占全身恶性肿瘤的1%,占鼻腔鼻窦癌的5%～20%[1].绒毛管状腺癌(villous-tublo adenoma)为腺癌的一种组织类型,常见于消化道,原发于鼻腔及鼻窦者,因其组织学形态和结肠腺癌完全相似,BARNES[2]称其为肠型腺癌(cintestinal-type adenocarcinoma,ITAC),少见.我科2007年1月收治1例鼻腔、鼻窦绒毛管状腺癌病例,现报道如下,并结合文献对其进行综合分析总结.
