Abstract
胃食管反流病(GERD)系胃食管暴露于胃酸而引发的一类疾病总称,首要表现为胃食管返流症和食管黏膜损伤.目前GERD高发病率表现受到越来越多的关注.本文就近年来有关文献对GERD的发病机制、治疗方法及治疗药物、动物模型等方面进行归纳,为进一步研究GERD提供新思路与新线索.
