Abstract
我国通过健全服务网络、加强人才建设、优化服务模式等城市社区卫生发展的措施,在为居民提供便捷的医疗服务、加强慢性病的预防和管理、有效缓解大医院的压力、减轻医疗负担等方面都取得了很大成效,但城市社区卫生服务发展仍存在政策制度上的保障不足、持续人才培养机制欠缺、社区卫生服务缺乏持续吸引力等具体问题,针对问题提出了制定政策法规、加强人才队伍建设、建立科学管理机制、健全服务模式的对策建议.
