Abstract
目的:探讨老年人冠心病介入治疗的护理方法.方法:71例接受冠心病介入治疗的老年病例分为普通护理组28例,特殊护理组43例,并随访2年.结果:特殊护理组中焦虑、失眠、院内感染和其他并发症,以及住院日均较普通护理组减少(P<0.05).结论:针对性护理有助于老年人冠心病介入治疗后的病情恢复.
