Abstract
放疗是乳腺癌手术后常见的治疗方式,然而放疗极易使乳腺癌细胞产生放疗抵抗,导致肿瘤复发和转移,从而降低患者的生存质量.研究显示,乳腺癌的放疗抵抗与多种因素相关,如上皮间充质转化、细胞周期调控、自噬、DNA损伤及修复、肿瘤干细胞等.研究乳腺癌的放疗抵抗机制,能为乳腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点,从而抑制或减少乳腺癌放疗抵抗的产生,提高放疗敏感性.
