Abstract
外泌体是一类直径40～150 nm的细胞外囊泡,可来源于各种类型的细胞并广泛存在于体液中.外泌体可通过其携带的蛋白质和核酸等生物活性分子介导细胞间信息通讯.同时可影响细胞与肿瘤微环境间的关系.外泌体在包括胰腺癌在内的诸多肿瘤发生、发展及诊疗中发挥重要作用.
