Abstract
收缩型平滑肌细胞标志蛋白平滑肌22 alpha(SM22α)是一种重要的细胞骨架相关蛋白,进化上高度保守,在维持血管稳态中起关键作用.近年研究发现,SM22α表达异常与肿瘤的分化状态密切相关,其不仅作为一种肌动蛋白相关蛋白,还作为信号分子在肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移、细胞增殖、凋亡、细胞外基质降解、自噬和耐药等过程中发挥作用.
