Abstract
雄激素受体(AR)是靶细胞中作为配体诱导型转录因子的核受体超家族成员,在多种细胞类型中表达.AR既可以在胞质中调控信号通路,也可以在胞核内直接调控相关靶基因.雄激素/AR信号在泌尿系肿瘤(包括前列腺癌、尿路上皮癌和肾癌)发生发展和转移中具有重要作用.
