Abstract
目的 观察中医药综合疗法治疗老年炎性贫血的临床效果.方法 对60例老年炎性贫血患者给予口服再造生血片、归脾丸,同时行外用灸法(雀啄法、直射灸法)治疗3个月.观察IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、Hb及体力状况变化.结果 治疗后IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显低于治疗前,Hb水平及体力状况明显改善,P＜0.05或0.01.结论 中医药综合疗法治疗老年炎性贫血疗效确切.
