Abstract
2008年3月～12月,我们采用高频电波刀(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)86例,疗效较好.现报告如下. 临床资料:86例患者中的年龄26～52岁,均为经产妇.其中CIN Ⅰ级且伴高危型HPV阳性28例,CIN Ⅱ级46例,CIN Ⅲ级12例.术前均行液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检查和阴道镜下宫颈活检病理证实.
