糖尿病(DM)是诱发脑血管病、脑梗死的危险因素之一,血糖升高不仅加重脑血管病病情,而且对预后有极其不良的影响[1].我们对近年来我院收治的132例脑梗死患者进行分析,以探讨血糖对DM合并脑梗死患者预后的影响.
