调查显示,外科手术患者的营养不良甚为明显.因此,解决患者的营养问题已成为开展新手术及治疗危重患者的基础保证.现分析1997~2003年我院肠外营养(PN)与肠内营养(EN)应用比例失调的原因,并提出防治措施.
